We offer custom solutions based on the client’s requests. Most frequently, the definition of the induction heating technology is requested, our team elaborates simulation of the complete process. Usually the custom solutions implies custom converters, thus we design and manufacture the converters. Several other, related products and services are available, like other power electronic converters, embedded solution, industrial control solutions (PLC, SCADA).
Individual induction heating systems
Besides the classical melting, hardening or forging applications there are several individual solutions, like shrink-fitting, brazing, indirect heating of different parts, etc. We offer converters or complete solutions.

On request we design power electronic converters which are not part of the induction heating technology.
During the last 15 years, we designed and manufactured AC and DC power supplies, DC-DC converters, 3-phase converters (active rectifiers or inverters).
Using our experience in the design and manufacture of power electronic converters, we can offer research, design and implementation of converters.

Industrial control solutions
Process control is strongly coupled with induction heating, the control of complete production line is a must. Our engineers are qualified in process automation, mainly using Simatic PLC and SCADA systems. Our team is involved in several other SCADA projects also, like water plant automation, lime stone burning kiln automation, etc.
