The Vertical Hardening Machine series has been developed to fulfill the most frequent high-frequency and medium-frequency vertical hardening tasks. Beyond the very flexible converter, an easy to use and fully automated hardening machine makes it ideal for hardening workshops, where a very high variety of parts needs to be hardened. The VHM series include machines with single work-bed and manual loading, machines with rotating table, automatic loading with robots, machines with hardening and tempering converters.

The horizontal hardening machines are fully automated machines, designed to have long autonomy. Usually there are machines with one or two horizontal processing lines, quality checking and automatic part selection system. The feeders are designed to be able to store a high amount of part. Concerning the technology, there are machines with only hardening process, or there are combined machines including both, the hardening and the tempering converters. The process control and programming is similar to the vertical hardening machine’s control. The quenching and converter cooling, fast connector system for the inductor is standard Tetronic solution. The machines can be equipped with any of our converters, each machine has an individual design based on the client’s requirements.
