Description

The power supplies are special power electronic converters with controlled high-voltage DC output and current/power limitation. Having a state of the art digital control board, with fast signal processing, the converters are able to handle special tasks like stop/fast restart in case of an arc discharge, high-resolution voltage and current control, communication with higher level systems for process monitoring.

These power supplies are especially suitable for vacuum applications, like DC-sputtering, plasma nitriding, where low power and small space is required.
