Description
The high-power, high-voltage power supplies are special converters for customer specific applications, like silicon crystal growing equipment, tube RF oscillators, and other vacuum applications.
We produce these converters only based on application oriented order, where we support our customers with design, simulations and process control. The converters are built using our digital control boards for fast signal processing and control. Arc-handling, programmable fast restart after arc discharge, PC-based monitoring, recipe handling are available.
